EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma therapy that helps you process painful or overwhelming experiences that may still be affecting you today. Sometimes, even when we know something happened in the past, our body, emotions, and nervous system can continue to respond as though we are still in it.

EMDR helps you work through these experiences in a safe and supported way so they feel less overwhelming and no longer have the same hold on your present life. Rather than simply talking about what happened, EMDR helps your brain process the experience and the beliefs you developed around it, creating space for a healthier and more compassionate perspective.

PIT (Post Induction Therapy)

Post-Induction Therapy (PIT) is an approach designed to help adults heal from the effects of growing up in dysfunctional or emotionally unhealthy family systems. It focuses on understanding how early experiences shaped your beliefs, relationships, emotional patterns, and ways of coping.

Through increased self-awareness, healthy boundaries, emotional regulation, and developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself, PIT can help you move beyond survival patterns and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others

KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy)

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines ketamine treatment with psychotherapy to support deeper exploration and processing of emotional experiences, trauma, and patterns that may feel difficult to access through traditional talk therapy alone.

With careful preparation, therapeutic support during the experience, and integration afterward, KAP can create space to approach thoughts, emotions, and experiences from a new perspective. The goal is not simply to have an altered experience, but to use that experience as an opportunity for meaningful insight, healing, and lasting change.

In person and Virtual Sessions

In-person therapy offers a comfortable, private space where we can slow down, connect, and focus on the work that brought you to therapy. For some clients, being physically present creates a sense of grounding and connection that supports deeper therapeutic work.

Virtual therapy gives you the flexibility to attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Whether you're at home or traveling, online sessions make it easier to stay consistent with therapy while still receiving the same personalized, supportive care.
